Nick is an owner of NIM Medical. His primary focus within the company is clinical development, contract development, and field operations.
Nick has a bachelor’s degree in English, a Master’s Leadership Management, and an Associate’s in Paramedicine. His professional focus has included wilderness medicine, operational development, quality assurance, and pre-hospital medicine.
Previously, Nick worked as the operations chief and quality manager for the University of Colorado Emergency Services, as a clinical operations consultant building COVID response teams and aeromedical transport response, and has over 16 years of EMS experience, working as a paramedic, flight paramedic, in hospital administration and management, and education.
Nick has a specific passion for wilderness and austere medicine. Nick remains on the faculty for the U. of Colorado Medical School, Wilderness Medicine Dept, and is an active member seeking Fellowship (FAWM) with the Wilderness Medical Society. Nick has been an avid ski patroller for 15 years, is a member of the NSP, and currently patrols at Terry Peak.
